Staff Health: Major Concern For HR
The Top HR concerns with respect to employee health are:
(a) Absenteeism due to staff health issues, also staff family health issues
(b) Sub standard performance due to physical, emotional, mental, psychological disorders, temporary disturbances & ill health and/or worry about ill health of near & dear ones; and last but not least
(c) High medical expenses leading to high value loan requests, financial depressions, & huge reimbursements
Solution: Encourage at least one person in EVERY staff members family to become a healer. Attending and encouraging your staff members AND / or their spouses, children above 18 years … will help you as HR to address all 3 of the above concerns.

Total of 9 days (63 hours) Acupuncture concepts & SuJok Healing levels 1, 2, 3.
Recommended: Do loads of practice in between the sessions & come with practice records & doubts.
